Morning Leaders. One thing I extremely dislike is showing up to an event or project Unprepared. I don’t like that for myself or for others. Therefore I often do ridiculous amounts of work in “pre-production” so I can be ready for all the certainties and uncertainties that come during “production”.

Morning Leaders. We organizations like status quo. We don’t want to feel Uncomfortable when people ask to change things and truthfully sometimes we just don’t want to do the Work.
