Morning Leaders – Lies and Deceit

Morning Leaders. A house built out of lies and deceit will eventually fall like a house of cards. To many it may look well structured from the outside but oh how great a fall it will be. Unfortunately what will the damage be to those who were following the leader? And what about the innocent bystanders? #NextUpTimber #UnhealthyLeadership

Morning Leaders – The Journey

Morning Leaders. Sometimes the journey feels like we are walking through water. It is dense. There is greater resistance. It requires more strength and energy. That’s how I feel in this new season, this new chapter in the story being written. Is this resistance a result of taking a wrong turn? Or is this resistance part of my new level of development? Will my muscles give in or get stronger as I journey in light of the resistance? If you feel this way too, I encourage you to keep pressing through. Yes you may feel awkward/discouraged/confused/concerned/anxious/excited/overwhelmed/elated. Your feelings are valid. Yet your resilience and perseverance will help you stay the course. More is being asked of you. More is being required of you. Are you willing to accept the challenge? I am. I hope you are too. #TheJourney

Morning Leaders – Too Afraid

Morning Leaders. YOUR story has value. Some of you sacrifice your time to help tell someone else’s story not because you are a servant, it is because you are too afraid to tell your own story. It is safer to tell someone else’s. Stop hiding. Stop being so busy. It is time NOW to tell YOUR story. Perhaps not everyone will listen, at first. But in your persistence & perseverance, the people who need to be healed by your story will show up. But it will only happen once you DECIDE to tell YOUR story. #Go

Morning Leaders – Share Your Narrative

Morning Leaders. I am so accustomed to disqualifying my own story that I do not even bring it up in conversations with people unless it just happens to come up. As I am acknowledging this behavior and becoming more aware of this, I am choosing to stop disqualifying and intentionally share my narrative. If you can relate to this, be encouraged by my journey. You too can and should share your narrative. You, and I, are worth it. #ReadAllAboutIt
