The Science Behind Naps!

I was never a big fan of naps until about seven years ago. Then I learned how to listen to my body and get the rest when my body needed it. With all the work we do, it is important to be refreshed and healthy.

It was certainly a great pleasure to read an article in Fast Company about the science behind naps. I was already a fan of naps so now it just got increased after the reading.
