Morning Leaders – Reflection
Morning Leaders. How well am I doing with the obstacles that are before me in life? Am I adept at getting beyond/through/around those obstacles? Or do I often succumb to these roadblocks? What is the condition of my heart? What does that inner dialogue sound like? Am I extending mercy to myself? Or am I beating myself up more?

Morning Leaders – We Matter
Morning Leaders. When I look at my behavior and listen to my “self-talk” I see residue of language I don’t particularly like. Somewhere still inside of me is this sentence: “I don’t matter”. It’s been hidden for decades and has wreaked havoc on my operating system. In spite of it my talents and some wonderful grace have allowed me to attain many fun and amazing accomplishments.
This year I am “seeing” the sentence while in operation which gives me an opportunity to make a different choice. 🙂
I look forward to eradicating this lie because I DO matter.
And so do you.
