Morning Leaders. It is perfectly okay and sometimes absolutely necessary to say NO. It is not our job to take on other people’s responsibilities. That is their job. Let us stop ENABLING others. They need to learn how to do it on their own and we need to learn how to say NO. It’s not our job. Remember it’s not our job.
