Morning Leaders. Sometimes we are so busy “doing” that we are not “seeing” what is actually going on. Our priority is keeping the bus (project, organization, etc) moving as opposed to observing the condition of the bus and the condition of those on the bus. Our machine-like focus many times keeps us from making the most important thing the Most Important Thing.

Morning Leaders – The Beginning of Love
Morning Leaders. “The beginning of love is the will to let those we love be perfectly themselves, the resolution not to twist them to fit our own image. If in loving them we do not love what they are, but only their potential likeness to ourselves, then we do not love them: we only love the reflection of ourselves we find in them” ― Thomas Merton // #PauseAndThinkAboutThat #Deep
Morning Leaders – The Hardest Thing
Morning Leaders. The hardest thing I have found about being able to See is when people dismiss, deny, or do the very thing I advised them to watch out for. It is truly saddening. There have been times I wish I didn’t See the way I do, but that is a part of the heartache I must endure. #Choices #FieryBones #Heartache #OnlyTheMessenger
Morning Leaders – What You See
Morning Leaders. “It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.” – Henry David Thoreau // #EyesWideOpen
