Morning Leaders – Truth is Truth

Morning Leaders. One of the practices I do is ask myself the same questions I ask you when I post Morning Leaders. I reflect on my own answers. I look to see how I am doing in relation to my postings. It’s one of the ways I can be honest with my deceitful heart. Do I always like the answers? No. Do I always see 100% of my own shortcomings? I doubt it. Am I willing to still acknowledge the Truth? Yeh damn skippy.
At the end of the day Truth is Truth. Whether you and I like it is of no concern. At the end of the day is it Truth that sets us free. #GoingThere

Morning Leaders – Weight of Truth

Morning Leaders. Just the WEIGHT of Truth itself can cause someone not to accept it. The Truth may be so heavy it would require rapid and much change. Not everyone wants to change, for a variety of reasons.
Some of the organizations we have built have faulty designs. The Truth may require us to reconstruct or tear down and rebuild. That is a hard Truth for people to accept. Thus, the Truth is ignored and the unstable organization continues to hurt people as oppose to securing them. Unfortunately I have witnessed this more times than I want to acknowledge. #Truth #Structure

Morning Leaders – Listen Well

Morning Leaders. Not all leaders listen well, especially some of the leaders who are higher on the rung. Over the past twenty-five years I’ve read, listened, and personally observed countless senior leaders who really just want to hear what “they believe” to be the truth. Ego & Pride often stop these leaders from acknowledging the very things which would be of most benefit to them. May God help us all to listen well. #Grace

Morning Leaders – Trust

Morning Leaders. “The most important lesson that I have learned is to trust God in every circumstance. Lots of times we go through different trials and following God’s plan seems like it doesn’t make any sense at all. God is always in control and he will never leave us.” – Allyson Felix // #Facts
