Morning Leaders. There are few who will understand you, few who will listen to you, and few who will see you for who you really are. Nevertheless you are called to proceed forward. Go and make the world better.

Day 25 – The Prayer Cafe “31 Day Challenge”
Day 25
About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. – Acts 16:25
“The goal of prayer is the ear of God,” a goal that can only be reached by patient and continued and continuous waiting upon Him, pouring out our heart to Him and permitting Him to speak to us.” – E.M. Bounds
Let us pray:
“Hear my cry oh Lord. Give ear unto my earnest prayers. Rescue me Lord Jesus. And take away my every fear” – Hear My Cry (Fred Hammond)

Day 5 – The Prayer Cafe “31 Day Challenge”
Day 5
Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. – 1 John 5:14-15
“There is nothing more difficult than to ask. We will long and desire and crave and suffer, but not until we are at the extreme limit will we ask. A sense of unreality makes us ask. Have you ever asked out of the depths of moral poverty? “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God”, but be sure that you do lack wisdom. You cannot bring yourself up against Reality when you like. The next best thing to do if you are not spiritually real, is to ask God for the Holy Spirit on the word of Jesus Christ (see Luke 11:13). The Holy Spirit is the One Who makes real in you all that Jesus did for you.” – Oswald Chambers
Let us pray:
You invite us to come boldly to the throne of grace, and yet sometimes we do not bring ourselves to ask. We have known rejection, disappointment, pain, and abandonment. These waves of anguish make asking a very difficult thing.
Help us Lord to let go of these weights on our wings that we may soar in our asking. That we may soar in our submission and trust in you that you will take care of us and even receive our ask. Remind us of Your love. Remind us that You hear of us. Sometimes we don’t even believe You hear us which is another reason why we don’t bother asking.
We let ourselves get so in the way. Free us. We need You. We love You. This is our cry today.

Morning Leaders – Clarity
Morning Leaders. Clarity of speech is a great asset in Leadership. Clarity of listening skills is a greater asset. Speak less and listen more today.
Morning Leaders – Agenda
Morning Leaders. There’s always a time to Listen. But sometimes our agenda is more important to us and gets in the way.

Morning Leaders – Listen Well
Morning Leaders. Not all leaders listen well, especially some of the leaders who are higher on the rung. Over the past twenty-five years I’ve read, listened, and personally observed countless senior leaders who really just want to hear what “they believe” to be the truth. Ego & Pride often stop these leaders from acknowledging the very things which would be of most benefit to them. May God help us all to listen well. #Grace
Morning Leaders – Listen, Listen
Morning Leaders. Listen. Listen. One of the saddest things to see is a leader who is a poor listener.
By not listening you will ultimately have to “drag” the people forward because you cannot “lead” well if you don’t “listen” well. Or you can just manipulate them through a culture of fear.

Morning Leaders – Beauty of Listening
Morning Leaders. Extroverts are quick to Talk. Introverts are quick to Think. What I find beautiful are people who are quick to Listen. #Beauty #OpenEarOpenHeart
