1) They avoid you.
2) They pretend to be someone they are not but you are not fooled.
3) They listen to your advice but don’t apply it.
4) They seek counsel from you and apply the wisdom to their life.

Morning Leaders. A friend recently shared a common behavior pattern summed up in the words, “As long as I stay away from the Truth, I am okay”. I wish we deflected Truth less as individuals and as an organization. #Wholeness
Morning Truth Tellers – Avoidance
Morning Truth Tellers. Some people will come to you because they value the Truth you tell, even if it hurts them. Other people will avoid you because they don’t want to stop living the lie they love. They don’t want you to ask that one question that opens the door to destroying their fantasy. Although it may hurt you, please don’t take their avoidance personally.
