Morning Leaders. We organizations like status quo. We don’t want to feel Uncomfortable when people ask to change things and truthfully sometimes we just don’t want to do the Work. Morning Leaders – Is That Your Best?
Morning Leaders. Some people are incompetent and then there are those who are lazy. I give a pass to those who don’t know how to do things. But those who just don’t want to do the work due to laziness I have less tolerance for. Please don’t say you are giving your best when it clearly isn’t. Lying to yourself and to others is a lose-lose situation. #JustSaying

Morning Leaders. Isn’t it interesting how the Truth Teller gets labeled as a rebel or a heretic because people don’t want to change the status quo? It isn’t easy to speak to systems and hardness of hearts. Yet that is part of the call for a Leader.

Morning Leaders. When people know that you can SEE them for who they truly are, here are four common responses I have witnessed and experienced:
1) They avoid you.
2) They pretend to be someone they are not but you are not fooled.
3) They listen to your advice but don’t apply it.
4) They seek counsel from you and apply the wisdom to their life.
